MyEcommerce is a Close Corporation and is registered for VAT. Our Bookkeeping, VAT and Payroll management is outsourced to BMS Bookkeepers and our Accounts and Auditing is outsourced to PKF Chartered Accountants. Our legal affairs are handled by Paul Jacobson Attorneys, who specialise in digital and Internet related law.

Although, the company has three members, our management style is flat and open and the team is involved in project acquisition, planning and project budgeting.
